Return Period
You can apply for a return within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Returnable Conditions

• Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number)

Unacceptable Items

• Pre-ordered items (unless the item has a manufacturing defect)

• Sale/Clearance items

• Opened limited edition collectibles

Return Process

1. State the reason for the return and your order number.

2. We will reply within 3 business days and provide a return address.

3. Please return the item in its original packaging.

4. After receiving the return, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time is approximately 7–14 business days.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you already own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail the refund.
